According to the famous skin expert (Arlene Lamba), what we eat looks the same. This is 100% true. Our diet has a direct effect on the health of our skin. People who consume a lot of salt (sodium) have swollen skin. Similarly, the use of silica, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids in their diet gives the skin radiance and elasticity. All three types of skin (dry) Dry skin is more difficult to take care of, so it is more important to take care of dry skin externally as well as moisturize it internally. People with dry skin should use a diet that moisturizes their skin.

(1).Dry Fruit.(Mawa).

Dry skin needs moisturizing and greasy elements. Dry skin dries out quickly, especially around the throat and eyes. On dry skin, there is a small amount of natural oil that can cause wrinkles on the face. Foods that protect skin tissues from rupture are needed. In this case, the skin needs vitamin E, which acts as a protective shield for the skin and protects the skin from the negative effects of ultraviolet rays. Vitamin E is found in large amounts in fruits. People with dry skin should consume fruits not only in cold but also in hot weather.

(2). SWEET POTATO.(🍠).

The biggest problem with dry skin is that it causes aging and wrinkles on the skin.Therefore, those with dry skin need beta carotene and vitamin A, which are found in sugar cane.

(3). CUCUMBER.(🥒).

People with dry skin should consume more juicy vegetables and fruits. Cucumber contains water as well as Vitamin A, Silica and Vitamin C which cools the skin and keeps the skin healthy from the inner layer. ۔

(4). TOMATO.(🍅).

Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C. Tomatoes have an acidic property that cleanses the blood, refreshes the face and softens the skin.


Grapefruit (grapefruit) is a unique fruit, 3 to 4% of the human body is made up of water,Due to water, proteins and fats reach the cells of the body. With the help of water, it is possible to get rid of waste products from the body. Grapefruit is the best food for dry skin.


Yogurt contains 2% water. It contains beneficial germs for health. Probiotics protect us from many diseases in all seasons. Yogurt contains protein, vitamin B and calcium and saturated fat which is also called water substitute. Daily consumption of yogurt can deliver protein to the skin layer which softens the skin

(7). BEANS.

In dry weather, dry skin is prone to breakouts that cause skin irritation. Zinc, which is found in beans and pulses, is needed to repair the skin.


Dry skin is more prone to eczema and ringworm. Olive oil is a powerhouse that contains vitamin E, monounsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids that prevent dry skin, as well as ultraviolet rays.

(9). FISH.( 🐠 *’🐟).

Fish is very useful for keeping the skin moisturized and hydrated for a long time. Flax seeds can also be a substitute for fish which strengthens the skin cells and helps in removing facial freckles.


Women’s skin needs more vitamin A than men’s, so women with dry skin should eat eggs, milk, meat (liver). In addition to these foods, green leafy vegetables and apples also contain vitamin A. By the way, it is very useful to drink the juice of green leafy vegetables to get vitamin A.
