Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day and should not be missed.

In fact, most medical experts believe that breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day, but only if you follow certain rules.

This is because breakfast is usually after 10 to 12 hours of starvation and if you skip it, various problems can arise in the short or long term.
