Remedies for shoulder pain.

Shoulder pain occurs in or around the muscles, bones. Symptoms of pain include swelling and difficulty moving the shoulder. You can also treat minor pain at home. If the pain is severe, you should consult a doctor.

Massage is the best solution for pain anywhere in the body. Massage greatly relieves shoulder pain. Massage increases blood flow to the pain area, which not only relieves pain but also improves sleep.

Take a hot shower for 10 to 15 minutes before massage.
Take some coconut or olive oil and massage it to the desired place for a few minutes.
Cover the pain area for half an hour with a hot towel after massage. Massage twice a day for as long as the pain remains.

Vitamin D:
Vitamin D is essential for the body’s functioning. Vitamin D deficiency can cause muscle and shoulder pain.
